Founded by Katie Powers and Steven Garza, Lifestyles of San Antonio Team was created to provide something many buyers and sellers struggle to find: local expertise delivered in a way that is educational, honest, and easy to understand.

Through our website, YouTube channel, community guides, relocation resources, and personalized consultations, we help people make informed decisions about where they want to live and how they want to live.

Our team serves buyers and sellers throughout San Antonio, Boerne, Helotes, Bulverde, Spring Branch, Garden Ridge, Schertz, Cibolo, New Braunfels, Castroville, and surrounding communities. Steven Garza, REALTOR®

Steven Garza is the co-founder of the Lifestyles of San Antonio Team at eXp Realty, a trusted real estate team serving San Antonio, TX and the surrounding communities. With nearly 20 years of real estate experience, Steven has built a reputation for delivering knowledgeable guidance, strong negotiation skills, and a straightforward approach that helps buyers, sellers, and investors confidently navigate the ever-changing San Antonio real estate market.

Together with his wife and business partner, Katie Powers, the team brings nearly 30 years of combined real estate experience to clients throughout Central and South Texas. Steven specializes in residential real estate across North Central, Northeast, and Northwest San Antonio, helping clients with relocation, luxury homes, move-up purchases, investment properties, first-time homebuyers, and new construction opportunities.

Steven’s market knowledge spans many of San Antonio’s most desirable communities including Stone Oak, Bulverde Village, Alamo Ranch, Stillwater Ranch, Schertz, Cibolo, Boerne, and New Braunfels. His experience also includes helping clients strategically buy and sell homes near major San Antonio corridors including Loop 1604, US-281, I-35, I-10, and Highway 151 while providing valuable insight into commute times, neighborhood growth, resale value, school districts, and long-term investment potential.

Eddie Munoz, REALTOR®

With nearly 40 years of experience in the consumer lending financial industry— 30 years of it in mortgage lending—Eddie Munoz brings deep financial expertise and real-world insight to every real estate transaction. After retiring from the financial sector, Eddie transitioned seamlessly into real estate, where he continues to guide clients with his years of experience, knowledge and confidence.  While he provides exceptional service to all clients, he tends to favor first-time home buyers.   Helping first-time buyers is what I enjoy most—teaching, guiding, and turning a complex process into a confident and exciting experience, making sure my clients truly understand and feel comfortable throughout their journey. 

Eddie earned both a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) and a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from the University of the Incarnate Word, equipping him with a strong foundation in business, finance, and client service.

His experience extends beyond finance into construction, having served as a general contractor on a new home build. This hands-on experience provides valuable knowledge of city requirements, contractor vetting, and key factors to evaluate when purchasing or selling a home.

A former PGA-certified golf instructor, Eddie continues to share his passion for the game by giving lessons in his free time and remaining an avid golfer.  Eddie sees golf as more than a sport—it teaches discipline, honesty, patience, and integrity, values he believes are essential for young people.  As such, he is deeply committed to giving back to the youth as a volunteer with the First Tee of SA (5+ years), introducing golf to youth.  Eddie also supports his hometown as a volunteer with the Mathis Golf Association by providing golf instruction to the youth and successfully collecting and donating thousands of dollars in gently used golf equipment for the underprivileged.  

Eddie, along with his wife Linda, are originally from the small town of Mathis, Texas, where strong values are rooted in faith, family, and community—principles that continue to guide his life and work. He and his wife, Linda, have been married for over 25 years and share a strong personal and professional partnership. Together, they helped raise their two nephews and niece and is the proud father to their daughter, Mireya, with whom Eddie shares a birth date.

Known for his integrity, honesty, and straightforward approach, Eddie lives by a simple but powerful philosophy: “Doing what’s right, not what’s easy.” He is committed to upholding the highest standards of ethics, transparency, and trust in every client relationship.

Linda Munoz, REALTOR®

With more than 10 years of real estate experience and a distinguished 30+ year career with USAA, Linda Munoz is committed to helping buyers and sellers navigate the real estate process with confidence, clarity, and exceptional and personal service. A graduate of the University of the Incarnate Word, Linda holds a Master of Arts in Administration with a concentration in Organizational Leadership and Development, bringing strong communication, leadership, and attention to detail to every transaction.

Linda and her husband, Eddie, have been married for more than 25 years and are proud real estate partners. Together, they provide clients with the advantage of a true team approach—offering twice the experience, availability, and dedication throughout every step of the buying or selling journey.

Originally from the small South Texas town of Mathis, Tx., Linda and Eddie were raised with values rooted in faith, family, integrity, and community. Those values continue to guide both their personal lives and their commitment to serving clients.

One of Linda’s greatest blessings has been raising not only her daughter, but also her two nephews and niece following the loss of her beloved sister. Today, she remains deeply connected to her family and treasures spending time with her children, grandchildren, family, and friends.

When she’s not helping clients achieve their real estate goals, Linda enjoys staying active through racquetball, pickleball, Pilates, and Mahjong.
